As for battery mods here is my latest. It is single cell 14500. plain and simple.

Switch is just a 3 amp radio shack switch with the top pulled off and the stick post cut down. When pushing the switch you have to push it a little past flush with the switch housing. It is easy to press when you want it to fire. but there is no chance of it firing on accident in a pocket. That said it will spend its life in the bottom of that pit my wife likes to call her purse as a back up. LOL

has a 808 connection on it, she loves her carts.
made from 1/2' copper pipe and used couplers to make it all the same width as the caps.

Now the interesting things I saw. Not really related to modding but scientific.

Efficiencies of 0.01% are extremely low. You would need efficiencies 100's of times higher for something to be viable; but that is interesting.

FYI: Best research-cell efficiencies: (these are one-off, 'best in class' cells and not what could be achieved in production)
