I've not tried either one. Maybe someone else will come in here who has, and been better able to help you.
But, of those two options, I'd suggest getting the Mako Minno, because firstly it has the ability to go VV by adding a sleeve and larger battery, and secondly because it has a one year warrenty, vs 28 days on the other.

If you are able to get the Mako, it's a great choice. Quality-wise is a way ahead of the screwdriver. As stated previously, it also has the ability to be upgraded with different size tubes. Also, it will use the same 510 accessories you already have for your LT.
(the Volt x2 is an 808 and the screwdriver is a 901)

The SD Keyring is cute, but I've had one and it died quickly because it is an auto-switch with a big hole that juice likes to run into.

My little 650 ego battery and a 306 atty is pretty small and stealthy for work, if I wanted something super stealthy I'd probably go with that sd keyring and the 306 atty. I direct drip now so I'm thinking the reo mini or the vmod so I don't have to direct drip anymore and then I can be real stealthy at work, I get some strange looks with dripping.

There's nothing stealthier than the Gripper:

I bought one plus couple of batteries and lots of XL cartos. Overall length is 3.5 inches including drip tip. It's basically a 3.7V device comparable to most similar devices.

I had a VMOD. Wife has taken it over. But it is great for stealth. Completely concealed in your hand and a nice vape. Especially with a HH357 1.5 ohm. But my go to is my Sgt. VV Army tank (picked one up in the classifieds). Dual 14500, VV, bottom feeder with unbelievable battery life that hits like a train! Not really stealth due to the fog bank it creates:)

Best of luck!

I've heard all good things about the Mako, but I don't have one. And it was always out of stock when I checked.

The SD Keyring works... I mean, I don't expect much of it, but it does a decent job for real stealth applications and/or emergencies. I carry it on my actual keychain, and it is small and quite powerful. With a shorty carto and a shorty SS drip tip from Mawn, it also looks great.
