DNA200 350j and the original version
Loved the design of this squonk mod
I don't take much picture when doing this
But I'll go with dna200, only 1ml juice different between the 350j and the stock chip, not worth it plus lots cutting grinding and and test fit to get it all aligned.
Much easier on the DNA
Gut out everything and grind off everything and cut out for the Mamu dna200 v2 face plate. I'm using fullymax 900mah from evolv and fdv V4 510. And I cut an aluminum plate to slide between the batt and bottle for tighter squonking.
after further research it as @Subohmies whose post I saw in DNA 200 modders mod the Steam Crave to fit in a DNA 200 ..it's a small world

I wouldnt have a problem customizing the mod case... my biggest problem is knowing what chip/battery etc to go with.
Ive vaped exclusively my reos the past couple years so fell out of the loop so to speak and just got back into non mech and TC mods just recently when I ordered this mod and a rx200.
My bad luck shines through with the steamcrave being a dud and my rx200 not being worth a #### in TC.
I would def like to put together something nice with the faulty squonk mod... i just dont know where to start.

Well dna200 is good but battery life depends on the resistance and battery capacity...

How did you attatch the faceplate?
It's Mamus faceplate you can order from shapeways.. Just cutout the c frame as per dimensions based on mamus

I'm using mine for the first time tonight, I'm also using the Aromamizer for the first time as well. A couple of thoughts, first things first the battery life is HORRIBLE, yikes really bad. Second thing I like the Aromamizer but I keep getting no attomizer detected message. Is it the RDA or the mod? Good question so tomorrow I'll switch out the RDA to see since the pin isn't adjustable on the Aromamizer. Also the rubber band for airflow is torn brand new out of the box so it's pretty much useless. Flavor wise though the glass is pretty nice. I'm not a fan of glass due to the potential to break but it work's & looks really nice.
Final thought, the box on my mod was a little crushed in shipping so when I pulled the mod out of the box there was this funky discoloration on the mod. Maybe it's from the box maybe not, either way too bad since it looks a little like the finish is stained in certain area's.
Overall I like it but I'm hoping the atty warning goes away but I don't have much confidence due to deezdrama's situation with his. Time shall tell, I may contact Maggie tomorrow & see what she has to say. Steam Crave really stepped up to the plate IMO with the early adopters so it does seem like they take care of their customers.

Yeah DNA is an easier to convert and way better batt life
I get 4ml juice from the stock mod
5 on the 350j and about 8 on the DNA
Maggie said my issue was the first they have heard with this problem.... Maybe the last batch of chips had issues.
She had me take some vids showing the problem, I guess they wanted to rule out a loose connection or issue with 510.

Got mine last night. Wow pretty nice. Surprised it's a metal case. Tempted to order another! Stumpy, a pocketful of batteries and I'm good to go!
Oring is missing, however. Wonder if I can find one to fit at Ace or Home Depot?

I promised maggie I wouldnt make the video public lol. Just shows me with voltmeter on the 510 and swapping 2 rda's from the squonk mod
to a working mod.
Whats the o-ring size for the 510? The faulty one didnt have one and would like to get a couple just incase
