Steam Monkey Hybrid Help!

Hey guys,

I just bought a ZMonkey Hybrid Dripper CE in 18490 along with a 510 cap. It is absolutely gorgeous and solid construction but I have a little issue w/ it. It is my first hybird (although I have a ton of mechs). I keep getting battery rattle no matter what I do (I'm using an AW 18490). When I threw on a rba (on the 510 connection cap), and the pin moved downward, it made the battery rattle a bit less. I tried playing around with the switch adding/removing washers (which only decreased/increased the amount of throw on the switch but not the rattle), but there was nothing I could do to decrease the space inside the tube.

It originally came with 3 washers, when I put the battery on w/ the 510 connection, It make it like a 1mm throw on the switch but still plenty of rattle.

Theres gotta be something that I'm either doing wrong or something I can do because I feel like a $200+ mod shouldn't have any rattle or very little. Am I using the wrong type of battery? I'm out of ideas

It's a zen 2 spec so it would have the same issues all the zen 2's have

And I would see if the vendor has a thread in the vendor forums and ask there for tips.

Zen designed his so it is the positive pin that triggers the device not the switch touching the negative on the battery
