as you increase wicking material you increase lost efficiency. If you've got a foot of silica in there, just because you vaped what's in the coil doesn't mean every last drop is gonna make it to the coil, it doesn't know to 'go' there ;) it just sorta spreads out. Theres a fair amount of diminishing returns after you get more than can easily be stuffed into an Igo-L.

I do have 1 design I'm working on that will be a complete departure from current rba designs but I don't have the time to prototype it right now with all the other projects i've got going, maybe in late feb/early march.

Thanks Lance, I guess you really do learn something new every day!

Stock is in.

Tonight at 6pm CST The Aga-t+, AGR carto tank, and Ego Twists will be back in stock. I'm digging the new suppliers twists so far, they're just slightly shorter and the top cap, at least on the three I've fiddled with seems to be pretty solid. Hopefully I don't run into the same issues with these :)

FYI: The Agr I'm putting in stock is the V2, check the store listing for more info. The main changes are no knurling and the kilt/adapter is 1 piece now instead of having that lil adapter part that unscrewed occaisionally. Otherwise it works identical, carto is locked, and it's a sharp piece of kit :)

See ya tonight!

Sounds like someone is jelly of your business model. I'm leaning towards people who run co-ops and make money off them. You're selling things that are usually available only through co-op, say less or equal to co-op prices. Most vendors seem to play it a little safer. They wait for the reviews from the co-op people to come out before deciding to carry a product.

Yeah...like on FB when I mentioned in a co-op that was running that they could get the same thing with extras for cheaper @ Steam Monkey...the comment was taken down....lol! I don't understand folks that will blindly jump into co-ops without doing their homework...some of these are more than for what they can get it from an online store - paying freight too! Plus you have to wait for it to come from China!

AGR V2! oh yah! Ok my biggest complaint has been fixed. I am so happy you were out of stock on the V1 and I had to wait for the next shipment. Next biggest complaint... I need a bigger fill hole. I realize you can remove the top, but that is a PIA. remove drip tip, remove fill screw, remove top, fill, install top, install fill screw, install drip tip. It takes a minimum 16 gauge needle to feed 50/50 juice. If you omit the remove fill screw, then when you put it all back together the pressure floods the atty while screwing top on. One size up on the fill screw is all I ask.... well I would love a glass tank but we wont go there ;)

Lance just some food for thought since you seem to have the manufacturers ear.

also...

morning primates!

Due to a rather large volume of orders I'm cutting off a little early on shipping today. Meaning, normally if you get your order in by Noon it'll ship that day. Because I'm going to be back in the dungeon all morning I won't be able to process any new orders after ~10am CST, if you get em in before that, it will ship today, can't make any promises about after that :) Any order placed today that doesn't ship today will ship tomorrow for sure though.

anyone know the solution to the AGA-T sort of 'spinning' itself freely? I took it apart, cleaned it, and put it back together with a new pyrex tank and now it seems to want to spin around the post, which of course plays heck on my coil. I tightened the nuts on top down into the silicone washer pretty well. Maybe I'm missing something, since I don't think it did this before.

Yeah, what Lance said. The first time I took the T+ apart to clean it before use, I put it back together forgetting that I spun (un-threaded) the top cap from the center post to take it apart. I had a duh moment, backed the positive nuts off, screwed the top plate snug onto the center post, THEN put the + nuts back on.

mmm quiet in here :p

My last restock order for a while was placed last night, grabbed another batch of mesh just in case I run low during the holiday.

Chinese New Years is going to make things a lil hairy around here as far as stock so... if theres something you've been eyeballing and want it anytime in the next few weeks you might wanna get it now if you wanna get it from me.

As a small business starting without any investments or loans my single biggest hurdle has been maintaining stock. I'm "just" getting to where my inventory options are where I want them for the foreseeable future but that required continual "small" orders and flipping profits into adding additional product offerings. I'm not adding any new products for a while but because of the timing of chinese new year I wasn't able to flip much into a 'large' order outside of drip tips and batteries. What you see is what you got until probably the end of Feb.

I know seeing a vendor as 'out of stock' on an item you want at the price you want it at is frustrating and believe me, it's frustrating on my end too! I will be pushign hard when ordering opens back up to my suppliers to catch the supply and demand curve, in the mean time though I'm going to be pushing my US manufacturers hard on getting some american made products up on the store as soon as possible.

Thanks for your support!

-Lance
