Not sure if anyone here is into steampunk and steampunk-ish things, but if you do you'll probably appreciate this
A year or so ago, my dad and I decided to try our hand at making some steampunk computer mods, we made a couple keyboards and cases, and if things ever settle down we've got a few more in the works. IIRC he sold the keyboard on ebay, fetched around $250 if memory serves me. He was planning on making the cases to sell, but ran into a few roadblocks on distribution so just shelved the idea.
Keyboard:
Case:
We ended up just using one of the cases to house the old mans PC, the other one is still in a box somewhere in my den..but its a bit cluttered right now with all of my mod stuff. If ya'll really want to see it i'll dig it out and snap some pics
So, how'd we do?
