I've ordered Dulce de leche and Pralines n Cream. All I can say is the taste is quite bland for me especially the Pralines n cream.

I was really excited about Pralines since it's the best tasting ice cream flavor from baskin n robins. I really can't taste the juice as if I'm vaping flavorless PG/VG. I requested it to be sweet but I can't taste the sweetness. :(

Do I need to steep these juice?

If I were to generalize, then I would say two weeks is the average steeping time. But there are liquids that are just fine straight from the mailer. I'll have to work on a list.

As for steeping by open air, I DON'T recommend it. Oxygen will decrease the life of your liquid RAPIDLY. Since we mix fresh, it does create a problem for those who wait until their nearly out of liquid before they decide to repurchase our products, which in a lot of cases, need more time to do their thing than your patience will allow.

Open air also invites airborn bacteria in your liquid. You don't want to turn your liquid into a petri dish for bacteria! Remember, your breathing the stuff.

Rule of thumb (until we get a list drawn up) is that dairy, caramel, dark chocolate and maceration-based liquids will generally take 2 weeks to settle into their "end flavor".

Some will taste great out of the bottle and will get better with time.

The better way to speed up the steeping process....add a bit of high-proof alcohol. Preferably in the 150+ proof range.

Thanks peeps for the tips. I'll keep them hidden for a while and lets see what happens.

I'm loving Geoff's blend, atomic cinnacide, banana foster and banana nut bread though. Any flavors you'd like to recommend? I'm not that picky with flavors but some help will be much appreciated :)

Caramel popcorn, waffle and peach cobbler. They're all great. The waffle mixes beautifully with just about anything (think of different syrups at House of Pancakes.)

My go-to CYO flavors are raspberry and peppermint. Delicious by themselves, together plus they have rescued many a mistake. I would not recommend buying the large peppermint doubler. A little peppermint goes a long way so it lasts a very, very long time (and it contains real peppermint oil.)

ETA: Geoff, when you say "add a bit of high-proof alcohol" how big a bit are we talking about. I know it's not an exact science but what would be a good number of drops to try with 15ml or a 1 ounce bottle? Also, does it work with doublers or just e-liquid?

I'm going to have to pull out a chair and inspect my liquor cabinet which is the cabinet above the refrigerator. I have no idea what I own but I hope I have some stuff that will work. I would be nice to finally get rid of some of that stuff.
