Has anyone thought of using a baby bottle warmer to warm the juice up???? Just a thought
Boil a cup of water in the Micowave... Place bottle with new batch in the boiling water (water level to the level of the juice in the bottle) with cap off... Let steep 30 minutes... Recap - shake, shake, shake, shake, shake... Fill Ultrasonic with scalding tap water (water level to the level of the juice in the bottle)... Place bottle in Ultrasonic with cap off... BUZZ for 45 minutes... Recap - shake, shake, shake, shake, shake... Viola... Tasty, steeped juice (or, if your recipe sucked, Gym Socks... then - flush down sink, start over)...
If the goal is evaporation of the alcohol, just increase the surface area...
Pour contents in a dish that allows the liquid to spread out, and leave that for a bit... it'll evaporate a lot faster than the tiny opening on a juice bottle will allow.
Not sure how this would effect the other factors in a good steep, but it would definitely increase oxidation as well (if that is an objective, im not sure... I know little about DIY, but lots about chemistry)

I use the patience method.
I mix quite a bit of juice in little 15ml amber glass bottles. I usually mix 2-3 months worth at a time in two strengths. (for two family members)
They get labeled with a date and stuck on a shelf. By the time they get used its been about a month.
It isn't just the alcohol, the flavor molecules love to play with themselves in the dark for a long time.

I dont heat/ I dont leave the cap off/ I do nothing more than let it sit next to my canned tomatoes and peppers. They keep eachother company.

Just mixed up 80VG/20PG with 10% TFA Eggnog. Excellent with NO steeping! Definitely in Season!
I've been leaving the cap off in time bursts to steep my current flavor (Red USA Mix from Madvapes.), helps with flavor, but seems to reduce TH. 
I use a veggie stream pot. I just fill it up with water and bring it to a boil then turn the heat off and place the bottles in until at room temp. I give them a shake every 30 minutes and them let them sit over night and it cuts the time down in half or so it seems.
I have put a bowl of water in the microwave that was already a bit hot, ran it for two minutes, pulled out the bowl and dropped my e-juice bottles in it and let them set until it cools off. seems to steep it for a bit, maybe two or three days worth?
Seed steeping seems to be a top method that I should mention in this thought forgotten thread lol.
Seed Steeping: Taking a small amount of juice (10%) from a recipe already properly steeped for a few weeks and mixing it into a fresh recipe mix. It seems to speed up the process turning the color of the juice darker within a matter of a couple days.
The three best methods I found are seed steeping, and a hot water bath with an afternoon cap off beather. These methods do seem to help but time is still a precious factor in steeping.

The best investment I ever made for steeping juice AND that produces fast, effective, and simple results is....
A mini crock pot. It was a $3.50 purchase from my local thrift store.
I mix in clear glass dropper bottles, set them in the crock pot filled halfway up with hot water and bathe those bottles for 3-5 hours shaking once or twice along the way.
Ive been mixing juices over a year and have tried every method short of ultrasonic heat and this has been the best one.
I can kill two weeks of steeping a 60ml bottle in five hours. Im at the point now where I can tell simply by the color change in the liquid whether or not the juice is mature and ready to vape.
Juices will continue to mature over time, esp tobaccos which I make more of, but as far as any other method this has been best for me.
Get a mimi crock pot. It works good for fondue too!

Well I have to vouche for seed steeping that it definitely works. The double Ry4 I mix at 10% usually takes a month for the flavors to settle, if vaped fresh before the color change it tastes musty. After seeding my fresh batch, it's now been 48 hours and the color change has already happened. After only 48 hours and it tastes wonderful.

Gonna try this with my next batch and combine it with my ultra-cleaner steep. Should take two more weeks out of the steeping so it seems.
