Steeping or aging would you consider...

If you are making a bigger volume of juice would you or have you considered steeping in an Erlenmeyer flask with a stopper?

I'm quite sure that will work just as well as any other glass container. I've steeped in a jar as large as 240mls. To much air in the jar may be a concern. Generally I select a size that allows me to fill it with mix almost to the top eliminating as much air in the container as possible. SO you may want to take that into concideration. To much air will cause faster oxidation.
