i bought some 15 ml 18mg eliquid from ecblends, it hits to hard on my device and doesn't have any taste but a smoky burnt kinda taste. to get them flavor to come out more and dull the hit down what do i need to do? i've heard of steeping which is just keeping the cap on and putting in a dark place, and airing out which is to take the cap off, at least that is my understanding. what do yall think i need to do?

Some eliquids can be vape straight away but most need anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks even a month to really bring out the flavor. Airing it out with the cap off in a cool dark place for a day or two may help calm it down but then steeping might also. It wouldn't hurt to leave the cap off for a couple days and the recap and leave it for a week and see how it is. If it's better then steeping longer may make it even better.

The "smoky burnt kinda taste" suggests your voltage is too high or resistance is too low.

Edit: Here is what one reviewer had to say about this flavor:

"Just enough spice and kick to keep it interesting. I was surprised how the smokiness of bourbon actually came through."

It sounds like it needs to steep longer.
