I'm really starting to think it's my tongue, and not all these flavors. I've tried using a tongue scraper and gargling/rinsing with warm salt water and then my "everyday vapes" taste fine again, for maybe 2 hours. I haven't burnt any cartomizers or attys and it's just really starting to frustrate me.

It could be an allergic reaction to some indgrediant in the eliquid. I have had mouth irritations to some eliquids, even ones that seemed fine for several months. I really can't explain it. You read about the allergies to PV or VG but I think sometimes the allergy is to one of the flavorings or something else that we don't even know is there.

Sometimes my taste goes blah too, .... if I take a break and drink a lot of water I can get it back.
It doesn't happen all the time but it does happen often. 100% Pg liquid gives me a nasty headache
For some reason if its even 80%pg and 90%vg I'm fine. Everyone reacts to juice differently so unfortanately
again you need to shop around and find your poison. Could be the certain flavorings but you won't know
until you compare a variety of brands and flavors.

I wish all suppliers provided a PG/VG blend option. I've always been a 100% PG vaper but have started experimenting with some VG. My favorite flavor is Janty's RY4 but they do not offer a VG blend. I also sometimes get headaches in the evenings and wonder if it could be the PG. I never really had the mouth irritations until about a month or so ago and I've been vaping since 2/09 so I didn't think it could be the PG. Vaping can be complicated.

I don't know what's going on. Part of me is really starting to wonder if I'm developing a sensitivity to PG. I've hardly vaped in the last few hours with the exception of this one 36mg juice I have (80%pg, 20%vg) but all my juices are that ratio... but ya - one to two puffs every couple hours - nic fitting and almost tempted to go buy a pack of Newports because I can't wait two to three days for this 100%vg juice to arrive.

Consider getting a Big Kazoo. It is a very nice, very cheap 5V box mod that you can get for only $35.

I am on day 2 with mine and love it so far. Yeah, its made out of plastic but the innards are first rate. Throw a standard resistance 510 on there and it will hit like a truck compared to an eGo, even an eGo with a quality LR on it. If/when you step up to something more expensive it will serve as a worthwhile backup, or just pick up a second one for $35.

I'm sorry you're struggling Loft. Just start a new day when the new juice arrives and take it from there. You find the right juice and right PV and it's an easy transition for most folks!

It seems I've developed a sinus infection and the only thing that doesn't taste like absolute crap is puresmokers minthia... gonna have to wait on the juices I ordered, I think... idk :(
