After receiving great advice and info from members of this site, I upgraded to an Ego 510, some cartos and some juice. vaping got much better for me, but I felt that there had to be a better way than cartos. I just got some sapphire tank cartos and some fluxomizers from gotvapes...and so far so good, great TH and Vapor, and so far no burnt filler taste. I also like that I can see how much juice I have in there. Only thing so far is that my Ego cone doesn't fit over the sapphire, or the larger of the fluxomizers. Anyone know where to get a slightly larger(in diameter) cone? Thank You for the great advice!

I don't roll with a cone like Joe, but it actually does change the "draw" a bit. I know some people who like the tighter draw with the cone on.
Also, I will sometimes use them as a protector against my pocket's susceptibility to bend my Clearomizers at the base & cause them to stress crack.

I pretty much just use mine to hold my cartos vertical after filling them...letting the juice soak in.
