I have 6-7 posts now and still cant make threads in other forums? Why?

I realize the reason for it, but this is getting really irritating as I have some questions for provari owners and for some reason cant post threads.

hey i am trying to get my posts up to 5 ?? it says before!! I know some Canadians pop across the border and get a P.O. Box, but if memory serves, that might be a bit of a haul for you...perhaps you know someone in Lethbridge or Cranbrook? I'm not totally conversant with your area.
