Have passed the 25 post's, but still can't start a new topic on some of the other forums. Is this normal??

Hey'ya Mike! I haven't run into this, nor have I heard mention of it before. What forums are giving you trouble?
Look your lucky i said one thing and now i am restricted to the noob forum for life. So don't go rubbing it in

Someone else a while back was having the same problem & posted about it on Site feedback/help. Timtam suggested the following : -
"Try joining the Social Group. It shouldn't be a problem relating to it, but it can't hurt to try.

OK, that is a Social Group and as such , you have to join to be able to post. Right above the flag picture (upper right of the group page) click "Join Group", then you can post.
