For sure I would increase your nictone level. What exactly do you think you are missing of the cigs? Is it the taste, nic, hit??? I would try some different flavors. If your using tobacco flavor try nontob for awhile. If your using nontob than switch it the otherway. Try not to be too hard on yourself. You are alot better off now than when you were smoking. It takes longer for some people to get the cigs out for good. Hang in there.

Yep, step up to an 18mg nic and vape that as long as you need to. Your body will give you signals when it's time to cut back later in the day. Then you can go to your 11 mg, or even mix some of your 18 with 0 to bring it down a little. Most juices have at least a 1 year shelf life, so it won't go to waste. And don't beat yourself up over raising your nic level. You are SO much healthier vaping than you would have been smoking analogs for the last 9 months!

Your body isn't absorbing the vaped nic like it did the nic in analogs, so you aren't getting nearly as much (even at 18mg) as you were smoking.

Aside from that, I've found that vaping stronger flavors (cinnamon, menthols, root beer) also help with the throat hit I need. I can use a 6mg nic cinnamon juice and feel like I'm using a much higher nic level.

Welcome to ECF. You're going to love it here. :D
