Wow congrats on being over two years! Awesome!!!

I am only close to 5 months into vaping, but I have not had one moment of desire for another cig. I elected to vape instead from the moment I tried it and have never thought about going back. I don't have any desire to stop vaping either but would someday love to get to zero nic or close to it. Currently I am on 18 mg up from 11/12, so it appears I am going the wrong way... LOL

My wife's aunt just moved up here last week and I had a few puffs off of one her menthols. Damn those analogs are good....until about the 3rd drag, then not-so-much. I guess if I tallied up all the puffs I have had over the last year it would equal 1 analog. Doesn't bother me, I love analogs....but there are a lot of things I love which I can no longer do, that's life.

Do I still drool at the Analog Rack behind the cashier at the local store? No. It's really become more of a novelty like drinking Tequila. I am not a big Tequila fan, but I have had sips of my wife's Margaritas from time to time.

Oddly enough today is my 18 month mark Jeffree sir, haven't had one in that time, but at times still a struggle..... I'm one of those that know will always be a smoker.... All it will take is one, and that will become a pack and so on....

Congrats Morandir! That is a big accomplishment. I think I know how much you liked your smokes..... judging by the way you love your vapes!

MystStick, you are doing great too! Don't fret about upping your nic level, it's common to adjust to your needs. I started at 18mg and stayed there for almost a year and a half, and I was a ultra light cig smoker. Just this past half year or so I have been doing great at 6 or 4mg of nic. Not ready for 0 nic and I might never be cus I like nicotine :D

Yep, that's me too. After 18 months, I know all it would take is one...

Tell you what, I like it too! But that said, I don't want to ever smoke a log again.... so will not stress it... actually did okay for a while at the lower nic level, but then it hit me..... I need and want some nicotine! I am still very new to the game and am sure that given time, I will get to my desired level... but for right now... I am a very happy vapor.

Thank you for your words of encouragement! It really helps!!

MystStick, if it's any consolation . . . I started vaping at 8mg; finally upped it to 11-12mgs; and am now transitioning to 18mgs . . . I think mostly because of throat/lung hit, but also because I like nicotine! :)

Oh, how I love to hear you say these words...... Life is good when I am at the level that works for me.

Thank you Eleanor... I have come to trust your opinion, so to know I am not alone means a lot to me.

Teehee Waylon, I'm just gonna get a bigger purse!!! But I do hope the egos will help ya out and get you where you want/need to be!
I personally just do not want to go back to analogs, so I'm gonna do/use whatever keeps me off 'em. Sadly, if it weren't for ecigs, I know I would go back to analogs. If upping the nic does it, then so be it, imho, anyway! I'm just thrilled to have made it this far!

I have been smoking again ( but a pack a week instead of a pack a day ) going to move on up to the egos ans ego c's but will still use my original 808s ... i need it to last longer when i'm out and not have to take so many supples with me .

Nah, seriously ladies, you've gotta do what you've gotta do. No guilt, not coulda/woulda/shoulda. Nancy, I agree that longer-lasting batteries are a big help when out & about.

I was getting pretty frustrated with the process until I tried the eGo.
