I started
vaping a year ago Feb and stopped smoking for about 8 months, no excuses, but my wife smokes so it's real easy to bum one from her. So I started up again, figuring it was so easy to quit with
vaping I could do it anytime.
That may be true, but it took several months for me to stop again, then after a few more months, I was back on cigarettes. So I upped the nic from 8 to 18.
Now, I am on week 2 and am starting to feel better again - no wheezing, taste, smell. I'm hoping to be done this time, there really is not that much pleasure in smoking for me at this time. And, in 1 week I have already saved, like 50 bucks - amazing!
So, every morning I make sure I have 2 batts charged and two carts filled - an No 7 and an outlaw apple and I am good. When I get iffy, I will peruse the website and
buy another batt and carts, maybe try another flavor.
This is by far the best smoking cessation program going - entirely self-regulated - us smokers don't like being told what to do, ya know?
As far as nicotine cessation goes - not concerned at this time - I think it's great if one can get entirely off everything, but I feel so much better, who cares!
