Still having mouth issues.......need advice

I posted about my mouth and tongue burning and got some great advice. I have lowered my nic from 12 to 6 and it seems a little better but not helping my cravings. Still trying to put the dang cigs down. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I am waiting on new juice from a different vendor to test flavoring. I starting using a nautilus mini on istick 20 about 3 weeks ago. I had been using ego twist with small carto. Should I try unflavored juice? Any advice is welcome because every time I try to use it my whole mouth burns especially my tongue.

I second the idea of changing the ratio to a higher VG concentration. I found that max VG mixes tend to be easier on my tongue and mouth. I also tend to get a little more hoarseness when I vape anything with more than about 30% PG. It's really a case of just trying different things until you find what works best for you. There is no right or wrong as long as it works for you.

For me this turned out to be some artificial ingredient additive in the ejuice. I almost gave up and went back to smoking. Find some no artificial additive juice. Virgin Vapor maybe? I started making my own from no artificial ingredient flavors. Got mine at Flavor Concentrates. Try unflavored maybe if more convenient just to see if it clears up. Took mine several days to clear up. Was purely killing my buds and mouth.

I would suggest trying max VG (which is as close to 100% as they can get with the flavorings and nicotine). The only time I have had a wicking issue with max VG was when chain vaping on my Subtank mini. I solved the issue by thinning the juice with a little bit of distilled water (I used about 5%). I'm not sure if the nicotine has anything to do with your sensitivity or not, others may know. In my case it was the PG that bothered me.

I have found that fresh juice will give me mouth sores...when i was getting the juice in LDPE plastic bottles, letting it sit for about 4 weeks would then stop the sores...with the glass bottles, I am still figuring that out as I havent been using bottles very long, but if i open a glass bottle after my 4 week wait, i have noticed i get the sores, due to the sealed bottles keeping the juice fresh longer...thats just my experience :)

What flavor, brand juice are you using? Since you were a smoker, I doubt the nicotine is the problem. Simple flavors like cherry, strawberry, grape, mint, vanilla, etc. have been around for ages and are not likely to cause problems, whether artificial or "natural". Some of the more exotic flavorings contain a host of ingredients. Natural flavorings are more likely to concentrate possible irritants. Without knowing what exactly you are vaping it is hard to figure what the problem could be.

I haven't read your first post about this but i just seen this this morning. I have been vaping for a couple of weeks now and the one thing i have noticed especially first thing in the morning or if i haven't touched my e cig in a while I notice it burns the crap out of my throat. I have lowered my nicotine level and have been trying all kinds of different flavors it helped a lot at first i didn't notice it as much and when i had been vapin on it for a while i noticed it went away completely, had to push through it for a few mins to get what i wanted. I then switched from my KangerTech EMOW to an iStick 30W with a Kanger Sub Tank, let me tell ya.......completely different experience. when I first vaped at 25W I couldn't quit coughing but as the night went on i was fine and I woke up in the morning and started vaping and everything was still fine I have also been using SpaceJam's ASTRO it's like a blueberry pomegranate idk what kind of setup you have or what your looking to spend but the setup i just got seems to be working great for me
