It's been about a year now since i got my first e-cig. I started out just using the 401 e-cigs and they seemed pretty good to me, they were helping with the cravings but not eliminating them. I continued to smoke analogs as well for about the last 11 months but now am fed up with analogs and would really like to go straight digital. I have a new box mod that puts out 5 volts with a BE112 atomizer on it and it gives alot of vapor but i still keep slipping up and smoking analogs. I'm down to about 5 analogs a day now but would really like to be down to 0. if anyone has any suggestions or had similar problems please help me out.

one thing I found to help was to have a high Mg juice for when those cravings were really strong then switch back to the lower level juice. also it could be you mind set. did you start vaping to quit smoking or did you just want a healther option? just FYI 5 antalogs are way better then the pack or more you would have been smoking... just saying dont beat youself up over 5 cigs

Yeah, that's plenty. I'm not really sure what to tell you... one thing that some people try is to supplement with snus instead of cigarettes when they need a little oomph. Cigs contain all those MAOI's and stuff that e-cigs just don't have. It's possible that you need the (or are used to having) MAOI's too.

After all, it's hard enough to try to stop using all those 4000+ chemicals all at once. It's even harder to try to wean yourself off the mood enhancers at the same time (maoi's = mood enhancers FYI)

It might not be the nicotine you're addicted to. There are plenty of other chemicals in analogs that are also addictive. You may also be addicted to the habit of smoking and knowing that when you put your hand to your mouth, there's a certain satisfaction you'll receive. Vaping doesn't always give the same satisfactions that smoking an actual analog gives. Don't be too harsh on yourself. There are some people who never fully quit the analogs but still vape in order to keep the number of them that they smoke down.

Try letting yourself run out of analogs for a couple of days or so. Think, "Do I really want to go to the store to buy another pack?" Try to convince yourself what a hassle that will be. The longer you go without an analog, the nastier they'll taste and that might help you quit.
