Hello I put up a thread back in November called I THINK I NEED TO QUIT. but it kinda died down and didnt get as many replies, so I'm making a new one! Anyways I have made some progress and I'm now vaping about 5ml or less a day of 3mg juice in my sub ohm tank. However im still experiencing alot of full body shakeing generally near my chest and back and my heart tends to race a bit after vaping. It usually doesnt go over 145 bpm but still 145bpm resting is still very high in my opinion. However im not sure how accurate my heartrate monitor is. I can feel that my heart is pounding though higher than usual. This could also be because of anxiety I have always struggled with severe anxiety. I have seen a cardiologist and he stuck this heart monitor on my chest that im supposed to wear for 2 weeks! I got about 6 more days to go and then I mail it in and I should get the results a few days later when I go to see the cardiologist again. He told me to continue to vape as normal throughout the test so we will see what happens! So I have been on 3mg for a little over a month now and I hope to drop down to 0mg soon! Im curious if I should go straight to 0mg or drop it down to 1 or 2mg ejuice? Also any ideas on why I might be getting these full body shakes and heart racing would be great! I hope I'm posting this in the right place im not very tech savvy so I'm sorry if I posted this incorrectly. Thank you!

I've reduced my nic intake greatly, but I keep a "pro forma" percentage of nic in all my liquids, mostly 1-1.5mg, {just in case}. Then again, I don't have any special physiological symptoms at any percentage, so I'm not the one to talk about a potentially complicated interplay between nic, anxiety, heart problems, etc...

That depends entirely on you. Some people handle the drop from 3 to 0 fine. For others a longer ramp is needed. When your test is over and you have new info, you could try 0 and if it doesn’t work, go back up to 2. Don’t mess with the doc’s test though. They do what they do for reasons.

Ok cool thank you! I will probably try to drop down to 2 when the test is over!

how much tobacco were you using before you started vaping?
I was using snus most of the time used general snus white portions I I had a pouch in most of the day I feel like. I still miss snus I usually use snus alternatives now without nic and just vape for the nicotine. Snus is actually one of the safer methods of consuming tobbaco.

How do you make a mix that is 2 or 1mg? Do you mix zero nic juice with like 3 or 6mg juice or do you diy your eliquid?
