Still Waiting and Still have questions

After I watched Obama's speech on healthcare on the White House website, I scrolled down and saw an ad for e-cigs for a free 14 day trial from Smoking Everywhere. I've been smoking for 49 yrs and never wanted to quit until I saw this. ( My mother and grandmother smoked for over 70 yrs!) I ordered the trial and still haven't received it. I've already cancelled the autoship and I'll never jump at a free trial again.

In the meantime, I found this forum and ordered a 501 from innovator.com and some juice from Rocky Mtn. I'm still waiting for all of it.

Anyway, my questions are: How long does the filler last and can you use the poly filler you put in pillows? I have a bunch.

And, I don't quite get the purpose of the PG and the VG and why you need to buy extra or why you even need it.

1) I don't know if there is a set answer on how long the filler lasts...but you will know when it no longer wicks because you won't get any vapor.

2) PG and VG are the ingredients that produce the vapor...you'll only need it if you want to cut a high nic juice or want to make your own.

You'll know that the filler is clogged when you can get only two or three drops in the cartridge before it pools on top. You can take the filler out and wash it or replace it. Poly fill works but make sure it doesn't have fire ......ent in it. If you search in the forum for words like polyfill, PTB, straw mod, you'll find tips on replacing the filler material.

Could be a trap. I would be waiting for the FBI but they may a bit too busy right now to bother with e-mail tracking. But hey, at least he's on a data-base now!

It would be a dumb trap. (IMO) E-cig ads on the White House website?? That would be gold for us. What could the FDA do, if the White House is advertising them? Food for thought.

Since Obama is a smoker someone should turn him on to ecigs and he could do it at the oval office. And if he liked ecigs no one would have to worry about an FDA ban,, lol

I dont know about sending him one. The last thing anyone needs is the secret service mistaking it for an explosive/bomb. Head line after white house bomb threat announced officials find it only to be an e cig sent to Obama. No threat just a Obama supporter trying to save his life from cigarette smoke. It would be funny though.

go to any fabric store or walmart and pick up some polyester batting. It works just fine to use as filter for the e-cig. costs a couple of bucks and will last a lifetime.

I don't know why it was on the website at the time, but it was during the live speech, not the video.
