First off, both parts are clones. I've had the Stillare since last week and it worked great on my buddy's King. I get a Turtle Ship V2 clone today, and bam.

How can I fix this? The pin is pushed down all the way in this photo. I suppose that the 510 connection on the Stillare is just abnormally long, but this is just too ugly to look at. :(

Yeah, the Stillare 510 seems to be a bit long. I swapped out the copper pins with silver in my Overdose and I just got it to fit (the silver pin is longer than the copper). Had to tighten the overdose 510 silver pin completely for it to fit. I don't think it would go any longer. I may have even pushed in the flat top of my 18650 batteries just a hair because the Stillare/510 adapter goes on easier than when I first put it on. My other drippers fit on with ease, but I can see they have a shorter 510.

Is this the only way to fix it?

I don't know about the turtle ship, but if you got the pins tightened as far as they can go against the battery and firing pin, I think you are out of luck. Only options I can think of are to find out if there is a shorter 510 battery pin available for your mod or cut off/file down either the mod's 510 or the Stillare's post until it fits, but I personally have never tried such a thing. I don't understand why there are different lengths on these 510 atomizers. The Stillare does seem to be longer than what is typical.

I have another Turtle Ship coming soon, so I'll see how this fits on that one.
