Actually, I believe the reason for the feeling of having more energy and it being harder to sleep after switching would be because of the nicotine delivery system. In cigs the nicotine seems to hit harder and quicker but dissapate faster. For instance anyone notcie that the first cig of the day when you were a smoker gave u a hint of lightheadness or in general gave a "small tiny buzz", and now the first vape of the day doesnt do that so much or at all? Well im guessing that the difference in all the chemicals between cigs and vape changes the way nicotine is obsorbed. Seems vaping doesnt give as much of a stimulant feeling but gives in longer. Its probely just obsorbing slower that cigs did. Im no expert this is just a random guess on my part, but since I am insanely intelligent (despite my grammer, ha) im guessing im so right its downright ridiculous. That or im just really insane. Its a toss up.

It's been 2 months since I had a smoke and I have found that I fall asleep much faster and sleep much better. But I also wake up earlier, but I feel more refreshed.
Me too, I'm sleeping a lot better and fall asleep easier now then I did before. I also don't wake up in the middle of the night needing a smoke.
