Stop new orders and help your customers

Yes hormones from pregnancy are assisting me being angry but in general this situation would be pissing me off hormones or not. I think if PS was smart they would suspend ALL ORDERS until they are caught up on the customers who had issues from 3-20 forward and Hill who has been trying to get help for a month. I mean I putt his in another post, if you really wanted to conduct a good business chalk up a short loss and help those customers who like myself got double charged. Or Hill who has faulty equip for over a month. and the many many other of issues people are having, I mean seriously new customers will always be there, but right now you have A LOT of angry customers who will in turn tell everyone about that bad experience <obviously just look at the boards> and that will scare people far away, so not only by these bad experiences people are having that will keep them from ever ordering but make sure to tell a lot of other people not to order as well. You guys know you have fans so by closing up shop until all the problems are resolved not only shows you appreciate the people who spent their money to order from you but it also shows your willing to lose a couple dollars to stand by what you believe in as a supplier. I know you guys are reading the boards and I really do hope you take my advice. I'm tired of complaining its just getting old.

Were you not participating in the other thread where all of this has been explained?

They're out of stock right now. That means they're not continuing to sell product, and they're working day and night to fill all existing orders AND get to people with return problems.

They will get to you, just as they've said on countless occasions.

Hey Everyone. I just read this thread for the first time, and I just want to tell everyone that we had received a HUGE amount of orders in the first couple days since the relaunch and we're finally almost caught up. In addition to the orders, we receive at least 400 emails a day. We try to answer every email, but only having 2 people answering emails....you can see how some may not get answered right away or at all. Our day is like this: start packing orders in the morning until about 8pm then answer emails until 3 or 4am. We are very sorry that we have not been able to get to everyone's emails in a timely manner, but please bear with us. Things will get back to normal soon. Thank you for your patience.

Well if THEY would have said that I read a few other posts but I shouldn't have to search through umpteen in a half threads to find out why I haven't got a refund yet. So no I did not read that and didn't know but thanks buddy, maybe now I can look forward to getting my money back!!

I, am a huge supporter of all these suppliers we need you and all the others to understand the intense crazy explosive time of this industry

You just made no sense what no ever I'm out in the dark so can't be a rumor, and I will complain when I don't get what I need, I go to the grocery store I don't hand over my money and not get something in return. Not sure if you have kids or not but I have three and one on the way and when I spend money then I kind of need what I paid for a I cannot AFFORD to lose any money with my situation, I can get blunt and tell you I need .... cream for his tooshie diapers for his poo but all that isn't needed I just need my money back. On another note. These forums ARE NOT IN ANY MEANS for constant positive feedback these forums were created so people could make wiser decisions on where to spend there money and positive and NEGATIVE feedback and anyone who has complained isn't complaining because they want to many of us don't like to complain but we need to get it off our chests. I'm not throwing anyone under the bus I like many others are upset about the lack of communication. So no I will not stop complaining, I am not the type of person to be rude or say untrue things and people need to know. So there I spoke my peace, feel free to write something else back but I will not stop just because someone's getting a bad reputation if they did certain things to avoid this LIKE NOT OPENING SHOP when they were moving or hiring an extra hand when they did reopen this could have been avoided so there I said waht I need too!!!

If you have 2 people packing money filled orders all day long THAN HIRE MORE PEOPLE. That's pretty pathetic and the rep that puresmoker has is a joke

I've been waiting months to get ecash liquid and that's crap, because when they finally do get it in stock people buy large amounts and hussle it here. I heard one guy said he bought a quart, why? Because you gotta wait another month for another chance and that's not customer satisfaction to be hustled while they are making huge bank.

These people need to learn how to run a business

You have got to understand the dilemma people running a business like theirs.

It's not like ordering something from Target or Walmart or wherever it is that you like shopping.

It's a two person operation for a reason. They just moved. It's expensive to set up shop in a new place and take on the overhead involved in procuring a warehouse.

Shipments and income through e-cigs is far from constant, and goes up and down depending on stock, Chinese suppliers, shipping costs, customs issues, etc. It's hard to set a budget and allot time and resources toward making new hires (let alone spending the time it takes to take applications, interview, background checks, train, and the like).
 
momof4520, it's none of my business, but I'm shocked that you vape while being pregnant.


I only use 0MG I have to do it because I can't quit however I'm not getting any nicotine just vapor and until my son is born I don't want to put him at risk, I asked my dr and she said it's like using an inhaler with nothing in it!!!

there are ways to release anger that are not so harmful

I'm just being a female dog to PS I have wrote good things on Totally Wicked and JoCreek I had great experiences with them I am someone who write the good the bad the ugly I'm an open book, so No I don't want to lose any suppliers but because economy is dog poo I think everyone needs to step it up there are to many people out there struggling for money and we are all very weird about where we spend our money, so in turn I write it all.

<thinks it's funny I wouldn't cuss lol>

I am no businessman but wouldn't it have been good business practice to have stopped taking any orders and/or money untill they had got themselves sorted out?.

Well, then they would've just taken a beating from everyone about taking too long to open up.

It's pretty much a double-edged sword.

Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.

What matters now is how they pull themselves out of the hole, and it appears that they're on the job. Working from morning to 3 or 4am is certainly a way to do it.

There is ZERO way, WE double charged it. You are the client who clicked "Pay" or "Submit" not I. There is no way for a business, or person to pull funds from someone else's paypal account PLAIN and SIMPLE :)

Mom, plain and simple, you can never please everyone. Something I HATED from the get go, but the truth still stands. When we were a brand new company, it was quite simple dealing with our client base of all 400-500 clients. We have grown (quite rapidly) to over 6500 clients now. We have taken steps to streamline the process, but there are still lots of growing pains to be worked out.

In the Past week alone we have implemented:
1. The CRM/Ticket System so each and every email is assigned a ticket # THUS, your email WILL be answered.
2. Our New Shipping Integration tool, that now can import Tracking #'s to help cut down on the # of shipping questions.

Now mind, you, that has all taken place literally within the past 5 days. It takes time to work these kinks out.

If you were infact charged twice for an order that YOU clicked the pay button for, why haven't you taken this up with Paypal? All you simply say is you were accidentally charged twice. I get the notice, and bammm ... refund!

If you were infact charged twice for an order that YOU clicked the pay button for, why haven't you taken this up with Paypal? All you simply say is you were accidentally charged twice. I get the notice, and bammm ... refund!
I spoke to paypal about it and they said to contact you guys first that I could file a claim but after using paypal for long enough I know it becomes a hassle with disputes that's why I wanted to take it up with you, and in regards had I been the one who pushed the button how is it that I got double charged but only received one order it was a screw up in the system my whole beef was the communication. I did just receive an e-mail saying that it was being processed so we'll see when it shows up in my account. I'm not trying to be rude or take aim at your business that was not my objective, and in regards to you guys closing up shop I had no idea, I actually haven't posted in few days just cause I was trying to be patient. Thanks for your response hopefully once we get the refund my faith will be restored and I will continue ordering from you cause I love my e-cig and the juice I got it was just the whole process sucked. Thats what I've been .....ing about the whole time Steve I did write you guys on the days I placed my order which was on the dreaded 20th and since then had sent out 5 e-mails even called your phone to ask for a refund, so I was making the attempt to get it back you say Bamm but there's been nothing Bamm about this whole thing!!!!

Haha ... Hey Mom. I know it was not a personal attack, therefore, I just tried to point a few things out.

Sometimes, people get stuck on the paypal page or in "limbo" after they click pay and paypal accidentally pulls the funds twice. This is something we have ZERO control over. If you want to PM me real quick with your actual Unique Transaction #, I can take care of it now for you.
