You have got to understand the dilemma people running a business like theirs.

It's not like ordering something from Target or Walmart or wherever it is that you like shopping.

It's a two person operation for a reason. They just moved. It's expensive to set up shop in a new place and take on the overhead involved in procuring a warehouse.

Shipments and income through e-cigs is far from constant, and goes up and down depending on stock, Chinese suppliers, shipping costs, customs issues, etc. It's hard to set a budget and allot time and resources toward making new hires (let alone spending the time it takes to take applications, interview, background checks, train, and the like).

I actually do understand. I owned a online console modification shop that I ran myself but I couldn't handle emails because there was too much work on my hands so I paid one of my friends 25 dollars a day as a help hand and hired some dude off the internet as helpdesk for 150-250 a month depending on load and the survey feedback people would leave at the end of the live chat which encouraged him to work harder and gave incentive to do so.

I made tons of money until nintendo got really ...... about the whole modchip thing and I didn't want any legality issues so I shut down

And it's not rare, there are sites you can go to to hire the same people that I did for the same amount of money. Think of it like this. I was tired of waiting and I bought from somebody else 20 dollars worth of juice today, just fed up. It would be completely absurd to think that there aren't at least 50 more people doing the same thing. 50x20=1000 dollars and that's enough to hire somebody and keep customers happy and coming back.

They aren't ready to run a business

I think it has more to do with how they want to run their business, not how we would like them to run their business.

So... in essence, you broke the law to run your business? $25 a day ... = off the books. $150 month = off the books.

We ARE ready to run a business LEGALLY ... Not under the table like too many fly by night businesses run this day in age ;)

PURESMOKER (Pure Enterprises, Inc.) is run 100% LEGALLY. All taxes paid, all laws/guidelines followed. All Unemployment/State Withholdings paid, Sales/Use tax paid, Franchise and Excise Taxes paid ...

Run anything you want on us and we are 100% legal in every fathom.

No I didn't, I wrote it off as a gift payment not a service payment which is legal up to 600 dollars, over that I have to abide by minimum wage. Even so he was there for 3 hours a day so how do you figure that one? He was a help hand when I was overloaded. So what's your rebuttle to not hiring some dude to take emails for you?

Shouldn't call yourself mr and mrs cash if you can't hire a dude to take emails because in my opinion I've given you a solution to your problem and I've explained how your losing consumers on a daily basis and if it continues

You may very well go under.
I just want to buy from you, is that too much to ask?

Ok I'm coming off as a **** and I shouldn't do that
You have amazing quality products at very resonable prices
Your juices are the best and I wish you the best, I should not start a flame war.

However, the frustration and anger is that I want your juice so bad. I believe that there a solution to both parties both puresmoker and the consumer. I want to see both sides flurish. Unfortunetly I couldn't wait any longer and another user showed me a site that has the same exact true mint that you put out for roughly the same price so I went with them. I'll be monitoring the thread. Moving is a huge thing and to say that you don't care or your a ..... makes me a ...... Price to sale ratio is a huge thing and I don't know how much your making off of x unit and maybe it's not even a huge sum at the end of the day and maybe you can't hire anybody because you just moved or whatever reason it may be.

However, you said everything will be better after the move when everything calms down. I heavily suggest that you take some suggestions from all the threads made from dissapointed users and come up with some solution as soon as possible. Because I want to buy from you. I wanna know what all the fuss is about ;-)

I ran a heavily successful company by myself and yes I did use loopholes in the law (not breaking), however, my friend was completely happy with what he got and he loves doing console modification as a hobby anyway. And the guy that I hired as helpdesk we went over terms and those were actually his terms not mine (well, a little tweaked). Both my friend and amir didn't want the site to go down because they loved what they did. I never got one negative review and we did very well for ourselfs. If you ever want any advice all of us are glad to help because we all want to see puresmoker flurish

It is obvious the owners of PS don not know anything about Forecasting sales and inventory control.

Customer service is lacking also.

People will put up with slow S&H and pay a higher price for products which ARE IN STOCK.

Another Competitor will come along shortly and easily steal all of PS customers, and all it will take is having the Products in stock at a price we are willing to pay, also not having to wait 1-2 weeks for the product to arrive.

Well here we go again. Another supplier in the fire. (Hey that rhymed, accidentally). I got my problem handled just fine by PS. I know Mom is upset. I hope she gets her refund ok. What are we all gonna do when our supply gets totally cut off. It's gonna be scary. Addiction makes us very crabby when it involves waiting patiently (not!) and our money.

Ya but you couldn't make me vape that addiction juice if it were the last juice left on earth.
