Is this using the USB port? I'd recommend using an external charger instead as you get a much better charge.

Depending on battery condition, you may need to just let it sit for a while. The eVic has a tiny charging circuit and can only trickle charge to avoid excessive heating.
I always use an external.

Just bought a nitecore charger. I think it's not totally reliable to charge via an expensive pv Evic.
