I am so scared to tighten that inside screw. Bad bad things always happen

I was nervous watching the husband do it. I was just going to send it off and let notcigs fix it. But against my protest he did it anyway and it is still working. I knew he was capable, I was just worried about that infamous red wire breaking. He has many talents, but soldering is not one of them.

That is too funny! If he tries to weld anything on your PV you must take pictures lol
Does he actually have a welder?

Yup, he has a welder, he builds, repairs, upgrades and trouble shoots computers and networks. Also works on phone systems etc. Every now and again he needs to weld something, but it is never pretty! He is really very handy and for the most part the things he does, he does very well. But I would never let him solder my Buzz Pro!

...I didn't want to have to do a crappy solder job!

I didn't want a crappy soldering job either, but it was the best I could find for summer work when I was in high school.

The silver lining--when entombed in a factory with soldering iron in hand--is that you quickly realize how easy it is.
