I have been considering opening a kiosk in a local mall. I visited a Smoking everywhere booth who was promoting their product as a smoking cessation product. The salesperson was proud of the fact that he was not a smoker.

I just got off the phone with a China ecig manufacturer who explained the return option if customs stops a shipment. Who pays for the return shipping? Does anyone know what percentage of orders get through? Is it small orders only that seem to get through, or is it true that "size doesnt matter".

Also, if my company name has the word E-cig anywhere in it, is it more likely to get shut down by the FDA? Any opinions or experience on this would be appreciated.

Opening a kiosk has a lot of risk right now. ($$$ for Merchant Account, Rent, Phone Lines, Cash Register, Insurance, Workman's Comp, Deposits, Fire Permits, salaries and commissions for long days -12 hours, 7 days a week... not to mention you may not get product and still have to be open or get fined daily). You'd probably be better off signing up with one of the suppliers as an affiliate and trying to promote yourself on the web or locally. No risk, no big commitment and good potential with a supplier that can consistently deliver good product and customer service.

For this cause, the 'vapers uniting' would fit quite well wouldn't it? (looking nice V-V :) )

I would also suggest, if we are trying to do this internationaly, to keep letters/words seperate from picture or logo - seems easier to adjust to other languages then?

You're right, I'll get some blank ones up today, so the text can be added on.

NICOTROL® Inhaler (nicotine inhalation system) consists
of a mouthpiece and a plastic cartridge delivering 4 mg
of nicotine from a porous plug containing 10 mg nicotine.
Source=rxlist com/nicotrol-drug htm (add dots, I'm a newb)

Is this FDA approved? Or since it is behind the counter like patches,
and taxed hevily, do they look the other way?Is it the low dose perhaps?

I ask because I am a zero nic myself. The stopping of devices and juice
concerns us all, I was just wondering , with special cases like this, why
they are allowed.

I am in the same boat... I now use zero nic and IF the ecig is banned or made difficult to get, they don't make a zero nic puffer (which looks like a tampon anyways) Eew! So our choices would be gain a nicotine addiction again OR completely quit and I don't think I want to. It's not that I can't... It's that I don't want too! :(

And yes... the puffers are FDA approved, but you have to have an RX for them.

Yes, ALL of the NRT products are FDA approved. All had expensive testing for years before approvals.

The inhaler works via gaseous discharge from the cartridge core. Fumes do not reach the lungs. Absorption is via the mucus membranes. Very different from vaping, where we inhale our content. Think of the inhaler as a cigar; the e-cig is a cigarette by comparison.

Another road that my thinking has taken me down,
all the diet supplements that are not FDA approved.

To my knowledge, only ALLI is actually sanctioned, or at least was first, yet the other supplements are available.

And then there are the caffeine hits, be they pills or liquid themselves.

I don't get the device embargo. But, truthfully I will probably be an alchemist and primarily make my own Zero Nic vape concoctions, but even
more importantly, NO one can "just say no" to nicotine and get a similar product experience without vaporizers. There is no nic free Bidi, no nic free over the counter analog, no nic free Hookas. This is it folks. If they were truly worried about teens being pressured into smoking, then a non addictive product with juice to 18 and ups sounds pretty attractive, at least on paper.

Glad to be among friends.

Not necessarily,

We've had shipments stopped where the consignee wasn't even an employee - much less hd the words "e-cig" in their name. They seem to be targeting Country of Origin and shipper. This is why some smaller brokers are able to get product through where Njoy and SE are getting nailed at the gate.
