This was an accidental discovery - I certainly didn't start out trying to make a Twizzlers-flavored juice. (In fact, I was going for extra-whipped-cream strawberries and cream!).
For simplicity's sake, I'm omitting the VG/PG options here, just putting my percentages in as to what made the flavor. You can tweak it to your specifications that way! However, my juice was 70/30 (higher on the PG) and 12mg if you want to clone it. I use Ejuice It Up, enter this stuff plus your desired nic/etc, and you can adjust.
5% vodka (yes, that's right, real vodka, not a flavoring -- but it changes the taste of the juice and thins it slightly)
10% Capella's Strawberries and Cream flavoring (note: I get this from High Desert, so from them, it's "Ella's", same stuff)
5% TPA Whipped Cream
After only a few minutes of shaking and about a half-hour of steeping, it was a clone to strawberry Twizzlers. No joke.
