Yes, you can; but only to our waffle flavors. When you go to add the item to your cart, you should see a checkbox labeled "Add Whip Cream". Make sure to check this checkbox and then change the drop-down menu that appears to "Add Whip Cream". Once done, your page should look similar to the example shown below:
