Holy cow, keep it! The firestorm that's developed around DA is really bad right now but there are to many people ignoring the simple fact that cigarettes contain a lot more DA than e liquids and not one case of PL has ever been connected to smoking. As a matter of fact non smokers seem to be at higher risk for PL than smokers. I can understand as company owners the reasons for wanting to distance yourselves from the whole mess at this time. I think a lot of us get that but with full disclosure and obvious attempts to fix the problem I think you guys have done all you can and now it's time to let your customers speak. I, like many others who've posted in this thread, have no issue with the formula and will continue to purchase Strawnilla.

I just finished off my one and only bottle of well steeped Strawnilla, it was such heaven. I didn't like it fresh and stored it and forgot about it and oh boy! So glad I kept it! I've been planning a purchase very soon and was going to stock up on Strawnilla. I very badly want to be able to continue purchasing those bottles of fruity creamy goodness!

I think this really comes down to what the vendor thinks is best for their company. Do they want to sell a product that, as of right now, is unsafe due to the level of diketones in their liquid. Frenilla is way off the charts. Sure Bert is way up there as well.

It becomes a question to a company who is so heavy in activism to keep this industry alive, but has liquids that are considered dangerous by today's standards. I have tried a few "diketones" free liquid and the creaminess just isn't there. It's definitely a fine line between what the customer wants and what you should responsibly offer to said customers.

Your label should state something like "CAUTION: This Liquid Contains Harrmful Chemicals that MAY Cause Serious Damage to your Lungs". This is ONLY to cover your own ..... There are law firms going after juice manufacturers for selling "unsafe" eliquid, see Cuttwood and Five Pawns.

I am a hardcore NT fan. I love all the juices and vape them with a free mind. I am not the owner of the company though. I don't know what the legal ramifications might be by selling something that could be potentially harmful. I do no think it is right though to continue to offer something based on what 10-20 people on a message board want. It has to be about the big picture. It cannot be expected that all NT customers are ECF members and know what the levels are of the liquid they vape. I would guess that 70+ percent of customers buy NT blindly, thinking it is completely safe. With all the data available now, safety is now in question. It is a choice that anyone should have the right to make but they should also be aware that they are making a choice in the first place.

Yes, it has not been proven that diketones cause damage to the lungs via vaping but the FDA thinks it does and that's all that matters. It sucks but that is what matters most with all the upcoming legislation this year.

No proof from any research of any danger, only the suggestion of danger and resulting mass-hysteria.

Actually, it doesn't matter. The FDA also thinks it's okay to sell and advertise - to consumers - a plethora of medications with unconscionable, life-endangering side-effects. Anyone who thinks for a minute the FDA has consumers' best interests in mind is delusional and I have no interest in what the FDA thinks about diketones or any other ingredient or device used by vapers.

Conspicuous labeling and appropriate warnings are common sense. I say inform consumers and allow them to make their own choices.

My life, my body, my money, my choice.

Now, may I please have some more 'nillas?

But, it's vaping that the FDA wants to put an end to. Not anti-depressants that's side effects MAY cause more depression.

;)

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE with you that "it is a choice that anyone should have the right to make but they should also be aware that they are making a choice in the first place.", hence the Disclaimer prominently displayed at the bottom of the page on NT's site for ALL to see:

THIS LIQUID CONTAINS DIKETONES! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS - CLICK HERE

We make many choices daily...including the choice to vape rather than smoke. Superman HAS kept us thoroughly informed and maintained a wonderful level of transparency for us to be better informed. I respect him COMPLETELY as a business owner, juice artisan AND as a person. :) I simply ask for us to be allowed (if at all possible without harming the NT business as a whole, of course) to be allowed to continue making our own choices. Informing ourselves is OUR responsibility (always has been) and with such disclosure (and labeling?), I strongly feel that this is the best possible way to keep MOST people happy.

Clark, if this turns out to be a mistake, just let me know and I'll pay for the two additional bottles... I don't want anyone to get in trouble!
@dwroblewski That wasn't a mistake. :) It's part of our Pay It Forward Program. Enjoy the extra liquid on us!

Kent are we keeping them or what. How about we just email you for it if you don't want it advertised. I have been trying different stuff for a month and nothing comes close.

Yea, we decided just to make it. Crisis averted.

A word of caution, we are going to be making limited quantities of Frenilla and Strawnilla in 0mg, 3mg, 6mg and 12mg. We will be assessing how well these liquids sell over the course of the batch. If we see that sales are not what we need them to be to justify making these flavors as they are, we will have to discontinue them. I don't want to give people the illusion that these will be permanent. This is more of a litmus test to determine demand.

If we make it, it has to sell. Both have been strong historically, so both should be around if people support them!~
