I agree with Johnnie Price. Up your nic. I had to use 36 for awhile. Try different set ups, something will just work. Be patient, remember the thousands of chemicals in your poor body that you aren't getting now at the levels you used to. Don't be hard on yourself either because everytime you vape, you are not smoking! Keep at it, it definitely gets better. Good luck and happy vaping!

Try getting yourself a VV/VW. 24mg on a standard 3.7 volt battery is a night a day difference when you you mess with volts. Get yourself a VV/VW and up your volts to 4.5 or so.

Right now i have an eVic with a MT3. Ohms are at 2.6-2.8. My 12mg juice vapes like 18mg or 24mg sometimes when i up the volts. Give a try and you will really notice a difference.

I also had the same problem, would vape but occasionally have 2,3,or 4 analogs about 2-3 times a week. A VV/VW did the trick for me and having a wide variety of juices also helped. I probably have about 10-12 different juices, all 12mg. Now when i try to pick up an analog, the nasty flavor just drives me away as i have many options of juices to pick from.

Stock up on different juices, atty's and have a VV/VW and you will be set :).

Great advice! I've been looking at the evic, live the look of it and the lcd is pretty sweet, just don't have the cash to drop on it atm.

What I did was take on PBusardo's style of vaping. Makes all the difference. While holding down the button; quick mouth puff, then longer drag that comes straight out the nose, then a full drag with inhale. Silly? No, Serious. You get more flavor, throat hit, and more nicotine. Watch some pbusardo juice reviews for visual aid. BTW nic juice can be readily found up to 36mg.

What is WTA exactly?

WTA stands for "Whole Tobacco Alkaloid". Basically, instead of adding in pure nicotine they add in some of the other components present in tobacco. Realize that some of those components are exactly what we're trying to stop using by quitting cigs, but I'm sure they're far less harmful in juice than from burning leaves... As always, there is a ton of information about it on ECF. The ones I used for a short time are from Aroma Ejuice
http://www.aromaejuice.com

Also, look around on ECF for NET juices (Naturally Extracted Tobacco). Those get their flavor from real tobacco, and some people find that it helps give that missing "something" to help the cravings.

I dont think the the naturally occurring MAOI's in tobacco leaves (which is what is in WTA) present any danger like smoking or tar or the other 4000 carcinogens in processed tobacco.. they generally do not effect your body but your brain, as does nicotine. The harman alkaloids, which are in WTA are MAOI's and produce a 'calm' feeling.

I did a bit of research before ordering, should get my shipment soon. Will be vaping this along side my non WTA juices, having this around for harder days :)

I tend to agree that WTA is not as bad as some would believe, but I always come across overly cautious when recommending to others :)
At any rate, I believe anyone considering them should at least read up on it.

Very knowledgeable the both of ya! Thanks for the great info! Are these juices flavored or are they to add to your juices?

They are flavored, and vaped on their own as sold Whole Tobacco Alkaloid WTA Eliquid Ejuice

Also, I have to say like the others that as far as what you are vaping now, upping your nic mg will help greatly, it helped me. I started at 18 mg but was pretty edgy most of the time, 24 mg generally fixed that.. i alternate between 18 and 24 throughout the day now depending on how i am feeling.

Thanks for that! Yaa I've been alternating between 18mg and 24mg, maybe I should stick with 24 for now!

I seen that myfreedomsmokes.com offers 48mg strengths in most of their flavors, I just bought a 60ml bottle of Pall Mall (called tall paul there) for 30$, but I felt 48mg was too much for me so I got 36mg. But 46mg might work for you, I had cravings too because I started out at 11mg and 18mg liquids, but I got through the cravings. It was easier using my PV though then just not having anything. Hang in there, the first week usually is the hardest but its gets easier. As long as I have my PV working good I won't go back to analogs. These are the future, analogs are the past. :)

Part of giving up tobacco is learning new ways to handle stress. Think about the analog response to stress: "I'm having a lousy day, so I'm going to poison myself a little." Part of the learning curve is that vaping isn't identical to smoking. It's similar enough to work for most people. Take up some new activity now and then....running, reading, painting, model trains....whatever floats YOUR boat. Learn to meditate - I'm not kidding, been doing it for decades and it's probably saved my life. You've made a huge step forward in your health and your budget. Congratulate and reward yourself. And if you HAVE to backslide a little, forgive yourself. You won't be the first.
