Stress still invokes the craving for analogs.

I certainly wouldn't worry about it. After all we started these elect. for one reason or another. I know that I hear all sort's of people on here calling analogs disgusting, stinkies, etc. Unless this forum is now called a "quitting analog's only forum" don't let anyone get to you. I do not care if someone just wants to use e-juice for using when they can't some in someone else's car, house, quitting etc. I can understand if there are threads for support... I just get rather annoyed when people have to get on the pulpit and rant when there is a thread for people still smoking. It is no worse than a non-smoker criticizing them for vaping.

In principle I tend to agree with djez, but their can be other issues. It's very easy for one or two cigarettes a day to turn into more. Once the cord is cut on cigarettes the chances of that happening go down so there are good reasons to get rid of those last few if the goal is to quit smoking.

My suggestion for people who are having a hard time getting completely off of cigarettes is to try to supplement vaping with snus. Many find it more satisfying then vaping alone and it becomes quite easy to give up the last of the cigarettes. Snus has the same low risk as vaping and is a good alternative where vaping is not practical.

Do not feel bad. I think a large number of people here faltered in the beginning. I know I did. I was in the military when I started vaping, which can also be stressful. Maybe look into your device, it may not be giving you the power you want. It could also be the e-liquid. Maybe, you do not have enough nicotine in it. I have introduced numerous people to vaping and have helped people who started themselves and after we figured out all of these things they were much more likely to keep on vaping. Just stick with it, you will find your magic combination!

stress was my hot button, I run a small business and I always have some sort of monkey on my back. When I feel the cravies, I grab my vamo and some 3mg juice throw on some tunes and chain vape in peace for a couple songs or until i'm sated. Only been vaping for about a week and have done this like 4 times. It's rough but any thing that's worth while is. Also, don't think that a single moment of weakness negates all the work you have done. It's a long road, there bound to be some potholes.
