Strong Flavor for High nicotine E-Liquid? Yes or No?

Hi,
do I need to put stronger Flavor percentage for a high nicotine liquid?

I mean for example I like 20% of flavor in 80% VG base with low nicotine.
Will that 20% flavor work with high nicotine also?
Or do I need to up the flavor to 30% to mask the bad taste of nicotine?

I don't have the means to try it at home, so I am asking because I want to order it online.

Nicotine is pretty much flavorless. Just add the flavoring to suit your tastes. No need to add extra to compensate for the high mg.

Nicotine shouldn't (won't if it is of good quality) affect your flavor, so no need to adjust flavor for nic purposes. OTOH, depending on what you like for flavor, you might want to adjust for the high VG percentage. Remember, VG will mute flavor where as PG allows it to come through more.
