I think eGo batteries are clearly "eGo-sized". Cigar, maybe.
If you compare a cigarette with a conventional (Bic) pen, they are very close in size. So, if someone says they want a "pen-sized" eCig, I think Blu / Magma / G6 /eRoll.
My go-to set up right now is a mini protank 3 (have 5 of them (like to switch flavors a lot)) on an ITaste VV v3. I use either 1.5 or 2.0 ohm coils and 7-8 watts.
That said, I don't get all the hate for cigalikes. On a fresh charge, a 2 ohm cartomizer loaded with decent juice gives me a perfect hit. Same volume and density as a cigarette, with equal throat-hit (assuming the right juice). What's wrong with that?
I guess I still have a lot to learn, but I've found my VV, eGo (non-vv), Vision spinners, and even my cigalikes to be perfectly satisfying- when charged, clean, and loaded with high-quality juice.
There are plenty of times where the cigalikes are what I end up sticking in my pocket on my way out the door. The only times I've regretted it was when they ran out of charge, but that was my fault for not making sure they had enough charge to get me through.
That is, in my experience, the only trade off for "pen-sized" ecigs, but even that can be overcome by making sure they are charged and/or carrying enough of them.
OP - get yourself a Magma Kit (I love mine), a G6 (if you're willing to use the funky thread pattern) or even a Blu, some quality, refillable cartomizers, and, most importantly, some quality juice. You'll be happy.
