I tried searching for a post like this but search failed...

In another thread i was reading how nicotine from a e-cig isnt absorbed as well as a analog smoke. so they wanted 100/200/300mg juice.

so thinkin of that, i am wondering how does a nicotine patch match up to a e-cig, as far as nicotine delivery?

I do not have a e-cig yet and am gunna be ordering one this week, but i wanna know what mg of nicotine to get.

I have tried the patch before, and it seemed to work decent for cravings (as long as it actually stuck to my arm)

I smoke 2 packs of marlboro mediums a day, and i used a 21mg patch when i tried to quit.

now not knowing to tons about how either works, as far as nicotine delivery, it to me would seem e-cig would deliver better because it would go into your mouth/lungs and such right away. the patch would seem to take longer because it has to be absorbed throught the skin... am i right or wrong? elaborate if you can please. thanks

Just wanted to note I smoked for about 45 years and was at a little over two packs a day when I started vaping. I started out at 24mg (tobacco flavor) and have stayed there with no problems. My wife smoked for years and was at about one and half packs a day. She vapes 18 mg usually. Sometimes 24mg if it's the flavor she wants.
