Strongest throat hit?

What will give me the strongest throat hit? I have a zmax and kanger t3, stardusts, and vivi novas. Do i need a high pg ejuice with high nic content on a high ohm coil at high wattage. Or ?

I have tried 80pg20vg 24mg juices at no higher than 10watts and it is just not giving me what i want.

My coils above 10watts taste burnt but they are 2.4 ohm. The only juice i have that gives me any satisfying th is root beer from mov.I am willing to try any flavors, nic level, wattage, or delivery device.

There are 1000 different theories on throat hit. The most general rule is that more nic = more throat hit. Also, in my experience I've noticed the TH being hit or miss with any of the t3, stardust, or nova type things. I'd say grab some cartomizers first and see how that goes.

try cinnamon flavor, higher nic or even more pg any of those should give more throat hit, me personally i've given up the throat hit search because i don't like cinnamon, i'm comfortable at my nic level, and i like the vapor that i get with what i order.

This "theory" above has been disproven many times over by many forum members on multiple vaping forums. PG provides no throat hit at all. Many of us several years ago did an experiment where we vaped straight, unflavored PG and the result was "0" throat hit. PG does allow more of the throat hit from the nicotine to come through vs VG. If all we needed was PG to get good throat hit, you would see hundreds of 0 nic PG based eliquids with great throat hit and we would all be buying it.

Throat hit is primarily provided by the level of nicotine and is enhanced by warmer vapor. Since 24mg nic strength eliquid works well for most, before moving to 36mg nic strength liquid, I would suggest switching to 100% PG and trying some 1.5 - 1.7 ohm dual coil cartos at about 4.5 volts or 12.2 watts.

I use 36mg and it hits like a truck. Anyone who says TH isnt correlated to nic is crazy, its the #1 factor.

Agreed....nic level and vapor level...24mg Desert tobacco from Awesomevape.com in a 1.8 dual coil Smoketech carto @7.5 watts...will knock a hole in your throat.

i have noticed that the more menthol or koolada i put in will give more punch on the TH...
but ya i have noticed a drop off with lower nic recently.

the STRONGEST TH i have found was Arctic Wolf by vapegods.com that stuff hits like a run away train on any voltage


but only go for it if you really enjoy menthol or need to clear your sinuses

That's interesting. I've vaped vaped pure glycerine and of course zero TH, but it did have a texture. Never tried pure pg, a little surprised that it has no TH, but the idea that it allows more TH from the nic explains how higher pg liquids have more TH. I'm guessing it's a property of vg that tends to lessen the TH from the nic, as it also tends to mute flavoring as well.

Guaranteed TH. Mechanical MOD with MNKE 18650 battery. AGA-T2 genesis style atomizer with air hole bored to 3/64 and wick hole bored to 1/8". 5" of stainless steel (500 count) mesh rolled into 1.5" wick. 26 gauge Kanthal coil 4/5 wraps yielding 0.6 ohm resistance. MTBakervapor "build your own" e-juice. 50/50 pg/vg; 36mg nic. as follows: 3 parts Ruby Red Grapefruit, 1 part Tangerine, 1 part cranberry. (Oh, and twist the air hole an eighth of a turn away from the wick).

I don't know if this is necessarily always true, but I have found that, in general, darker liquids give me more TH than lighter ones.
