I have a eleaf 30w as my work vape with anything from a russian to an atlantis on it. I believe it's knocking on deaths door so I think it's time to replace. Thats where the problem is...... I'm stuck between a kanger subbox mini and a evic vt. Any help is most welcome.
If it's for work why not just another cheap istick. I have 5 nice mods but I just bring the istick 30w as a beater, and it's nice and small.

I agree it's kind of hard to argue your logic.... just thought something different would be nice.
Well I have the Evic VT also lol. I love it. I have that and the new Cool Fire 4, those are my favorite and I use them the most. If the battery life in the istick 30w is okay for you, the Cool Fire 4 is very nice looking and solid, feels good in your hand. The Evic-VT is a good all around mod that can do about everything, and do it well. Huge 5000mah battery, temp control, looks very awesome also. Those 2 are the best looking and they're really nice with internal batteries.
Wait on the Subox Mini because they're revising it with better performance and spring loaded pin.

From your title, 'Stuck between these,' I thought I was going to see something like this when I opened the thread...

Thats good info. I'm kinda leaning towards the subbox just cuz of the rba part but i might go after the coolfire for now.

You can get a Cool Fire 4 shipped for under $40. Then get a subtank mini for $30 all over. The new black subtank mini is at my vapor store, that'd look slick on a red or black coolfire 4. Something like Evic VT, Istick 50, MVP 3 Pro are all twice the battery life of the Cool Fire 4, so that's something to think about.

Do you ever intend to use temperature control? If so, the Evic VT is the only device mentioned with TC.

I received a Coolfire IV for review and while I haven't had it for very long, it's an impressive little mod. It's not really in my wheelhouse as far as the types of devices I personally prefer but it's incredibly well made and performs very well. I'm pretty impressed with it. Looks and feels like it'll take a *lot* of abuse. I haven't owned an Innokin product since the MVP 2.0 about a year ago, which was also built to survive an apocalypse.

I agree, the CF IV is a great mod; if you want something durable that won't cost a fortune, it's an excellent choice -- I think it's probably a great deal more durable than the iSticks. Only a little bit bigger than the iStick30. Very comfy in the hand.

Got any pics, or know where to find them, of the gold one? I'm wondering how it would look with my gold kayfun. I've got the silver one currently, which looks great with my stainless kayfuns; my black kayfun, I put on my black iStick.

I can't find it right now. I originally saw it on Facebook and it was on Reddit. It was a contest/vote for the next color between emerald green and gold. For some reason the link won't work to open it now though. :(. It looked like green was the popular choice but I loved them both.
