Gonna take it apart after the tank gets empty and see what is going on, I dont feel that bearing you are talking about

There's a spring loaded ball bearing that seals the port. When you use a steel needle tip to fill, you push the ball bearing in and it opens the port. If you squeeze too much, it will overflow. You have to go slow to fill but it will fill. I've also noticed if you go straight in (perpendicular to the hole), it can block the needle opening preventing juice to come out of the bottle. I go at a very slight angle.

I know i'm resurrecting the dead here..

just got my russian 2.0 in today, my first rebuildable, i have a stuck chimney as well.

i didn't even think about it though until after i had it built and filled and it's working fine.

thanks for the filling at an angle tip, i was definitely going in perpendicularly and it was overflowing. i was getting the feeling i needed to go slower as well.
