Subtank Mini RBA Hiss Sound

Hi guys,

so I noticed that my build makes some hissing sound after I take a draw
on it. In the past I associated it with dry hits but I'm not dry hitting here,
any idea of why I get the hiss sound, is it okay?
I was wondering if it was due to the amount of cotton I put in it..

I found there are 3 reasons which cause after draw hiss for me:
1) wicking issue, i.e. not enough juice reaching the coil in time to rapidly cool it when you stop firing. You are on the verge of dry hitting (not your case)
2) too little cotton in the coil. I separate this from 1) as it is not a wicking issue, you won't get dry hits from it, with some juices it just hisses if the cotton is too lose in the coil.
3) thick wire coils: they will take more time to be cooled by the juice than the thinner wire coils.

I use the subtank mini at work every day. Also i vape dark brown juice in it so I rewick each night because it Gunk's up fast,so I have wicked this rba a ton of times. More than likely your issue is lose cotton... Put a lil more in there next time ya rewick an see if that fixes it ( I bet it will)......hope this helps ya

Release the button just a half second or so before you stop sucking. Should also reduce coil gunk.
