Subtank Style Rebuildable ?

I'm interested in purchasing a rebuildable that I can keep as a back up to my mini.

I'd like one with three posts and a bigger deck to experiment with different kinds of builds.

Naturally I was looking into Kayfuns but I would like one that fills easily (no needles in the screw hole setup) and one that I can rebuild while keeping the tank full.. Preferably something designed like a subtank or other bottom fill clearos. Less than 20 pieces would also be preferable.

Does such a thing exist?
