Ok so I got my ego-t kit today. Gotta say I think it's a clone ego-t but I honestly like the blue LED more, and love the quality of it.

So anyway I got a sample kit of vapor based on the last e-cig I used a greensmoke. I really enjoyed the green apple in high nicotine so I figured I'd like more fruity flavors.

I was wrong.. every flavor I've tried is waay too strong or produces a weird taste I can't get use to. Gonna get some VG at the pharmacy tomorrow and try diluting them to see if that helps.

Most of the choices I got were 24mg - Blueberry, Cinnamon, fruit striped gum, redbull, green apple, and pumpkin spice...

The only thing I can stand to vape is cotton candy because the flavor is so light and it's only 16mg

Also a lot of the flavors especially fruit striped gum that I got taste to me like alcohol / anti freeze. I don't think it's the juice manufacturer who knows though it may be ? or my atomizer because I tried a left over blue cig cartomizer I had sitting around with some juice in it and the same thing.

What can you guys suggest that's a nice tobacco flavor and is easy on the sweetness? I think something more earthy and light would work but again I don't know because the first choice I made seemed like a good one because of my green apple experience with the old greensmoke cartomizers.

I was looking at Halo and thinking of trying one of their regular tobacco flavors in 12-18mg or try some honey beez ? Any help is appreciated as I really want to vape and stop smoking but it's almost intolerable with the flavor choices I picked out :(

Hands down, I would recommend Criollo from PureSmoker.com. I've tried over 20 different "flavors" and Criollo is my daily smoker. It never gets old to me, is a very mild tobacco flavor with a slight sweetness on the tail. I vape the 16mg. Criollo is the flavor I let my friends taste when I am trying to convert them. I've converted 5 people like that. They all use Criollo as their #1 vape now, too.

Somewhere out there
Halo has awesome tobacco flavors, the Prime is the lightest tobacco taste, one of my favorites. Tribeca is a RY4 type but not too sweet just a hint of caramel/vanilla. I also use Freedom Juice but I like it blended with Prime. I also use Torque but I also blend it with Prime. I also make my own DIY flavors, Camtel by Flavour Art I like, tastes more like a cig tobacco to me and is sort of dry. But you can't go wrong with Halo, try their sampler packs. Their menthols are also fantastic. bnrk

I recently got a sample pack from wordupecig, and I think their vapes fall into the category you're describing. They were all light and smooth, and not too sweet.

I liked their Regular Red Box, Bens & Hedgs, and Dark Milds. The last one surprisingly tasting pretty close to an actual Black & Mild. They all had a ton of vapor production, yet they were not harsh at all (they were 24mg 50/50 mixes).

Perhaps you might want to check out their site and see if they carry the imitation brand of your regular smokes. Maybe they nailed the flavor that you crave.
