Suggestion for ECF - Use Topic Prefixes

With the dearth of information on ECF and the clamor for topic specific forums, perhaps turning on prefixes would help alleviate the issue? With prefixes active, folks could search for a specific prefix, allowing them to narrow their search for information down to a specific topic. This should help cut down on the specific forum requests, helps identify the thread for the specific mod, tank, clearo, etc., and might even help cut down on staff workload in helping the forum members determine the best place to start specific threads.

Only drawback is the task of going through the existing 351,059 threads to apply the prefix where applicable.

Been a while since I've managed vB4, but I seem to recall that it is possible to add prefixes "en mass". May have to toss it back on my test bed to make sure.
