Suggestion for electric pipe

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying an electric pipe for my father as a Christmas present. I know people who use e-cigarettes but I don't know much about it myself. Can anyone suggest a good model & liquid? It's best if the pipe is as easy to use as possible (He hasn't used an electric pipe before) and as close to real smoking as possible. His usual pipe tobacco is St Bruno Ready Rub or sometimes Condor.

Also, does anyone know of a good place to order it that delivers to the UK?
