OK, that makes it easier, and also give others a basis for a recommendation. Keep an open mind on the recs you'l get. I got a tank many love for cloud and flavor but was a bust for me. Doesn't mean it's a bad tank, just ended up not working for me.

I have 3 Engines in my rotation through the day. I like different juices at different times and it works well for me. IMO, the dual Engine is a killer of a tank. Really excellent flavor and pretty decent cloud. Is it a cloud chaser tank, meh, not really. But if you want both it's a viable option. The other one I mentioned earlier with interchangeable decks is the Pharaoh. I use it with the single coil deck that's standard, and use a 4 mm ID coil. Great cloud, and surprisingly good flavor for what is billed as a cloud tank. You could try it with the stock deck, and if you want more out of it get one of the optional ones in some sorta take on a Velocity deck.

Another to consider is say an Aromamizer Supreme V2. Lots of cloud, but I'm not vouching for flavor. A real sleeper that's been around a while is the Crius+. Great on both, comes with a dual velocity deck, and you get an optional quad coil deck too. I never used the quad coil, so no experience to pass along on that deck.

If you want an RTA for out and about, the Engine is a very good choice.
The Crius Plus however is a very good choice too. I think the flavour and cloud production is better, but it's trickier to build and it's hard to get nowadays.

The Crius RDTA is easy to build, has good flavour and immense cloud production. But it will leak bigtime if you let it sit on the side for a while.

I think RDTAs make for a nice choice, but they do leak when lying down. I have one but it's always in its upright position.

Another option is the new Crius 2 RTA.. Bottom air so same issue of a bad wick means a soggy pocket. I love my Crius+, but you're right, it's a bit of playing around to figure out how to wick it. It's fine once you have that set. There's a thread running on the Crius 2 that's still on page 1 here. The Engine thread sorta petered out once the single coil nano hit. It is funny that the single coil is not as respected as its big brother, which I can only assume is related to the different airflow pattern. I've read more mixed reviews about it's flavor than you would have expected.
