I assume Ford meant for us to use a cup holder since there are 4 in the center console in the front of the truck.

I use a beer koosie, too. I did cut it down one side to make it fit my cup holder better.

I once got a cheap, vertical case intended for eyeglasses and stuck it to the side of the center console with double back foam tape. I believe it's sold as 'mounting tape'. It would have worked perfectly with that particular mod, but while the tape stuck like glue to the case, it didn't stick at all well to the console. Maybe it had been treated with silicone or something. With more patience, something like that might work for others. Personally, I got tired of messing with it.

I use my center console ash tray, it actually fits it quite well.
