ONE WENT TO A HOUSE TO TRY TO HIDE FROM THE HEAT AND TO GET A BIT OF SHADE AND HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THE OWNER GAVE HIM SOMETHING TO DRINK. IT'S REALLY CUTE.

I miss summer, I'm tired of all the ice, snow, and cold !!! :(:(

I have a miniature banana tree in our dining room that I'm about to put some sand underneath it, turn on a heat lamp, put on my sunglasses, lay down under the banana tree and vape some rum and coconut flavored juice.;);)

Then we'll see how long it takes my wife to have me committed :shock:

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I want a koala! (I know they can be mean - but they look so darn sweet!)

Awww, how sweet is that. Koalas are so cute and that is amazing that they just went right on up to humans...makes you wanna take one home. So precious. Thanks for sharing that Di.

I'm glad to see the Australians respect them and care for them when they're in need. It always makes me feel better about the human race when I see people going out of their way to help another earth creature that's in need.

Yes, I am sorry guys you cant have one---
they are so cute when they are young, but pretty mean when they are adults,
people see them and forget they are totally wild animals--
they do NOT like to be touched at all-
they have very sharp claws and a nasty temper.

I feel that we do the right thing in taking care of any sick or injured native animals in this country, the main cause of injury to our native animals is injury or being orphaned by us and our cars.

so the little orphans deserve the best chance we can give them.

here are some of the babies that I have helped to have a second chance at life after they were orphaned in car accidents--------

Poor babies! Thank you for posting the pics. It warms the heart to see others helping the poor critters.

Murphy was my favourite of all the babies I raised, he stayed with me till his death - he was 16 years old,( lifespan in the wild is approx 10 years)
and 7 foot 2inches when stood up tall on his hind legs and tail.
he had a slice of toast with peanut butter on it and an apple every day , and he was a beautiful boy.:)
