If you have any, you need to use new tanks IE: ones that snap when you insert them for a tighter fit as they will expand just a bit in heat... that or keep the units disassembled with the filled tanks in a separate container and covers on them until ready to vape then take them off and recover if there's juice left in them until ready to vape again... a drag for sure but only thing I can think of. I have to do that especially in the summer with the large changes in altitude moving around where I live. (mountain/hilly)

PS: Another thing that helps is to keep them out of direct sunlight when its hot until ready to vape. I live in Arizona where temps really climb.

Oh, and btw, the "problem" is not unique to the Eroll in altitude changes and heat. All my clearos leak then.

I remember staying overenight in Phoenix once in July. Came out of my hotel room early in the morning and thought someone had slammed my rear bumper. The plastic side panels had expanded and bowed outward about 3 inches from the heat. Overnight !

LOL... too funny! Yup... same month my first year in Phoenix and a long walk to my car, I slapped myself on the side of my face because my hoop earring hit it and I thought I was being stung by a bee. LOL Hard for anyone who hasn't been here in the summer to believe.

Edit: btw for anyone unfamiliar, that was in the late 70's and the temps reached the 120's in the shade and that winter it hailed. That was my introduction to Arizona and thought I had made one awful mistake but it hasn't been that bad since.. of course I moved out of the heat to Northern Arizona (mountain altitudes.) ;-) Some move to the Valley (Phoenix) because they love the heat... not me.

E juice does thin in hot temperatures. Any clearo will leak when this happens, I found that out the hard way. I used to use Vivi Novas, I tossed my setup in my glove box one hot afternoon, returned a couple hours later to a glove box of juice! My advice for the beach would be, keep your set up in your cooler when your not using it. Or anything to attempt to keep it cool.

The only atomisers that would be immune to leakages caused by liquid expansion in heat would be cartomisers and drippers. Even so the thinning effect might cause leakage.

@patkin, I once worked on a job with a 60C curing oven. The fitter was working in there one day, bent over for a few minutes. Then he stood up and his medallion landed back on his chest.
