When I started using my eRoll Kit five months ago I was plagued with leaking and constant fluids locks, dry hits, and the like. Not long afterward I stopped having these problems and never really gave it a lot of thought. I just figured I was being more careful with proper filling, a pen flick now and then, not running dry, etc. Anyway I have been using the same tanks forever and when they get nasty I just wash them in scalding hot water and blow them dry in 30 seconds with compressed air and back to vaping I go..
The other day I put on new tanks as my old ones were literally falling off, (though not leaking)probably due to heat and just lots of use.
The new ones leaked like crazy and I noticed the juice was clinging to the inside and not flowing or letting the bubble rise to the top like I've become used to. After sitting there tipping the tank, flicking it, and watching how the juice was behaving along with once again wiping up yet another stripe of leaked juice from my desk, I popped them off and gave them a good hot water rinse and 80psi blow dry. Problem solved. No more leaking and no more excessive surface tension between juice and tank interior. Give it a try.
