Super MINI pre-order is open!!!

The first round of pre-orders came and went. The rest of us are waiting for round-2.

I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times but.... any ideas on when we will see the pre-order for the super-mini?

Super Mini Pre Order opened and closed. I think they are waiting for Round 2 of the SM pre order now. I ordered a couple within a couple of hours of the initial opening and haven't heard anything about shipping. No big deal....it takes as long as it takes.

Very Nice.! Ever since I got the Map tank. My captain will not let me vape inside the station even after 5:00 p.m. He says the Map produces to much of a vape cloud! So I take it into the restroom with me - It works as a good air freshener! LOL... It's nice to see other Firefighters in here!

Hey guys here's a quick update. The shop is cranking them out as we speak, The next step will be the etcher..thats about a day. So if every thing goes as planed I will be shipping buy thursday-saturday of next week. I will be posting a pic real soon with a lanyard.

I would like to thank you all for being so patient during the launch of this new GLV / pre-order. We are planning a little something extra for the SM pre-oreder customers, as well as a GLV owners only contest...stay tuned.

So Jay, any word on the shipping yet? And would still love to see those pictures with the lanyard even though I did not order mine with one, I would like to see how it looks.

Don't know if you saw this is in the other thread Leroy. This was directly from Sara last night. So we're still a little bit away. Jay might be able to give us some photos by mid-week if they get etched and he can powder some.

From Sara to me in an email about an hour ago;

"We picked them up today, the "naked" ones from the shop- they are making their way to the laser etcher on Monday, we hope to leave with them same day but, we never know until we get there what our etcher may have in line ahead of us- my fingers are crossed",

"So I dont have any exact date for shipping however Im glad to say we are one step closer"

Ok here's a an update on the SM. I'm going to the etcher tomorrow to hopefully pick up the whole order. The lanyards are almost here so Ill be posting pics. I will be opening the pre-order again, but I want to have the first batch in the mail before I do, so hang in there just a couple more days.

This is going to be my first mod with removable batteries.... I ordered the super mini with 2 batteries and charger from Greatlakesvapor.... When I receive my order, what is the rule as far as charging the batteries? Will they be arriving charged? do I charge till a light turns green or do I do an initial 8 hour charge like I was told to do with my eGo kit?

Any help would be appreciated. I figure now would be the time to ask this since the time is getting closer of holding my super mini in my hands !!!!!!!

Any way of getting the batteries charged? It's going to kill me if I have to watch this charge for 8 hours!! lol

Be patients my son. Use the force and charge till a light turns green, then give it about another 30min and you should be good to go. I'm lucky I already had some new battery's and charger so mine are just waiting to blow there charge on a Super mini. Once you go with removable batteries, you'll never go back.

The lanyards are still two days out and the the rest of the SM order will be picked up Friday from the etcher. I am going to plan on starting the shipping Thur- Fri this week. I will be working through the weekend to make sure the SM orders are filled.

I feel I need to say this every now and then for the new people. We are not a large shop. I build every GLV custom as they are ordered. If you are looking for a mod that's in the box ready to go , this may not be for you. I will go the extra mile to make sure you get a mod that fits your needs, but you will have to wait in line lol. feel free to call with any questions 248-346-3205

Forget the "8 hour charge" routine. It does not apply to li-ion batteries and is a holdover from old tech batteries. Check Battery U
